Most recently, Ros served as Managing Director and EMEA Region Head at Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions, where she led business development and capital partnering efforts with financial institutions, independent wealth managers, and digital investment platforms across the UK and Europe. Prior to this, she held senior positions at PIMCO, including Executive Vice President, Head of Consultant Relations Group EMEA, and various leadership roles focused on private wealth, family offices, and institutional clients.
